anyway, went to see ahma hse there de chinese physician clinic.
the doctor was very pro lah.
i only said my shoulders pain,
and she knew where injured already.
my shoulders are getting better (:
can go for trg again soon ! wahahs.

totally not informed until an hour ago.
zz. i'm very lucky because my furry blackshoes is still around.
i thought i've threw it away. lols.
